Stay Hydrated!

Symptoms of dehydration include fatigue, headaches and muscle cramping.  These signs are easily and oftentimes confused with hunger. Before you reach for the office snack bowl, first drink 8-16 ounces of water to see if the symptoms are relieved. You may not have needed that cookie after all. Water also helps rid the body of toxins and chemicals that can cause a sluggish metabolism by keeping blood flowing easily through the organs. Aim to drink at least eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day.  Add a squeeze of citrus for a cooling change.  

Bonus: the added citrus twist may help with weight loss because strong "clean" smells lead people to make healthier food choices and take smaller bites of food.
