A multivitamin contains essential micronutrients including vitamins A, Bs, C, D, E, folate, and minerals calcium, iron, selenium, magnesium, zinc and chromium and more so there’s no need to spend your hard earned benjamin’s on individual supplements. 

Purchasing 3 different supplements can easily set you back $40 when instead you can invest in a multivitamin for around $12-15. Multivitamins every other day is more than sufficient and will help your purchase last even longer.

 When there is a specific vitamin or mineral that you’re particularly smitten with one week, plan a dinner around a natural food source that contains it. This way, you will create a nutritious meal without busting your budget buying the supplement.
